Configure ISCSI Target & Initiators in Centos 7


ISCSI is the current generation of file storage targets, allowing block-level access to strage devices utilizing SCSI commands over the network. Clients are called initiators and storage devices are called targets. This technology competes with Fiber Channel but that technology requires dedicated cables and backplanes.

In this guide I will walk through the steps I used to setup a secure ISCSI target on Centos 7 using PCHAP authentication.
